Ready to Lead and the MORSE Leader Academy provide our lead agents, supervisors, and duty managers with the knowledge and skills to help them perform at their best. It also gives them an opportunity to come together with their fellow leaders and build on their shared experience.

Ready to Lead focuses on how leadership behaviours, respect, good communication, giving feedback and handling setbacks help us develop engaged, safe and high performing teams.

Following launch in 2023, more than 2,000 front line leaders have been through the programme, guided by a global team of more than 20 talented facilitators.

And this is just the beginning.

Having already rolled out in parts of the MEAA, OSEA, Europe and the USA, the expansion of the Ready to Lead course is set to continue into 2025 with more regions and stations coming online throughout the year.
