🌱 When we introduced our new Front of House uniform, our team in Portugal took the opportunity to give the old one a second life – turning it into all new items.
Partnering with a local university and an environmental organisation, our team embraced upcycling and mechanical recycling to keep materials in use and out of landfill.
The results speak for themselves, with an estimated:
🌍1,477kg of CO₂ avoided, compared with landfill
💧28,127m³ of water saved
⚡76.7 GJ of energy preserved
👗1,278.5kg of uniforms transformed.
One of our favourite outcomes? 250 eco-friendly, security-compliant pouches, stylishly created from our own recycled uniforms. A hit with the team, and a win for the planet. 💙
