Recently, some of our colleagues attended a job fair for refugees in London, United Kingdom co-organised by Indeed and Tent Partnership for Refugees (Tent), in collaboration with the UN Refugee Agency (UNHCR) and the UK Government.

We’re proud of our continued partnership with Tent and are committed to our target of recruiting refugees equivalent to 1% of our global workforce by 2026. 

Events such as this provide a chance to connect with talented individuals from diverse backgrounds, while ensuring hundreds of refugee candidates have the opportunity to speak with employers about a wide range of jobs in a variety of sectors.

Refugees bring resilience, unique skills, and diverse perspectives that enrich our teams and drive innovation. This is more than just a job fair, and this isn’t just about jobs—it’s about building a stronger, more inclusive future together.
