MM21 Week 4: Effectively

It's the final week of Morse Month 2021 and this week is all about how we are more effective when we work as a team.

Our front-line supervision/duty management have the best opportunity to influence change in behaviours. Some of the best ways to influence behaviours is through engagement, motivation, and coaching. These are described in our ‘Safety Culture Virtuous Circle’ and help identify the kind of attributes that make up a good leader.

In week four, we want to know who demonstrates this well in your teams and why. Please use the nomination button on WeAreMenzies to submit your entries. We'll share the submissions on the Teams channel to give our MORSE ambassadors the recognition they so richly deserve.

It’s great to see more people playing The MORSE Challenge – Unlock the Code and climbing up the quiz leader boards. We’ll provide an update later this week to see how close we are to our target of 2,000 people having a go. It’s fun, competitive and best of all helps to improve our safety and security knowledge. There are prizes to be won so get involved and race against the clock.
