This week we are encouraging you to think about wellbeing and get involved in our wellbeing activities…start by watching our wellbeing film, starring colleagues from around the Menzies world.

Sometimes it’s easy to forget to take a break during the working day so why not ‘take three’ this week! Follow our steps and increase your wellbeing:

  1. Take a break – plan to take your meal break, you could even put it in your Outlook or Teams calendar to remind you!
  2. Take a walk (or a run, or a bike ride or whatever) and get moving
