Cargo team doubles truck door capacity at LAX

Earlier this month we opened a new off-airport cargo warehouse at Los Angeles, increasing our cargo handling space by 40% and more than doubling our truck door capacity.
Our LAX cargo facilities now have the capacity to handle over 130,000 tonnes each year at one the United States’ busiest airports.
John Redmond, Executive Vice President, Americas at Menzies Aviation said; “We have an extensive portfolio of ground services, cargo services and fuel services at LAX and a team of almost 800 Menzies employees at that location, and we are excited about the opportunities created by this addition to our cargo facilities.”
