New Wellbeing Hub now live!

We've launched the first phase of our new wellbeing hub on WeAreMenzies.
What information is available?
You'll find information help you manage your wellbeing. There are checklists to help you understand your mental & emotional, social and physical wellbeing, top tips for staying well and guides to managing common wellbeing challenges, such as poor sleep, stress and anxiety.
From today, colleagues in Australia, India, New Zealand, South Africa, Sweden and the UK and Ireland can also find links to links to lots of local services and support. Information for other countries, including local language versions of all the resources, will come in phase two.
If you are finding it hard just now and need some help please contact your doctor or medical professional in the first instance. Remember, it is always ok to ask for help, and you can find out more about the options open to you on the wellbeing hub.
