✨ Here are some of our highlights so far:

South Africa

Our South Africa teams started MORSE Week #2 by coming together to sing a special version of “I Have a Dream”.

The lyrics are a reminder of what MORSE is all about – “Protect tomorrow, navigate today, learn from yesterday”.

Commenting on the event, Yogesh Parekh, Senior Vice President Risk & GSE MEAA said:

“By singing together, we remind ourselves that safety culture isn’t built by one person or one role, it’s a team performance. Every voice matters, every role contributes harmony, and when we align on the same rhythm, we achieve something greater than any one of us could alone.”

USA

Embracing the Halloween spirit, our team at Houston Airport (HOU) created a PPE pumpkin patch.

They filled buckets with PPE and sweet treats, giving colleagues a place to pick up some extra protection and a reward for using it correctly.

Sharon Champagne, Accounting Manager said:

“Today, we’re inviting the Houston team to visit our very own PPE pumpkin patch. It’s all about showing off your Safety Spirit and celebrating the gear that keeps us protected every day – our Personal Protective Equipment!”

Italy

Strengthening our MORSE safety and security culture requires teamwork. That means getting everyone involved.

Milan Malpensa (MXP) is using the week to host several training sessions for team members. They are helping colleagues better understand the safety and security challenges faced across different areas of the operation.

This is a great way to create a stronger team, who work together to keep everyone safe.

“A busy and exciting day here at Malpensa, under a beautiful autumn sun! We kicked off early with an interactive refresh on the Golden Rules in the Operations and Ramp areas. We didn’t stop there, we reached out to our Front of House colleagues too, going over the Golden Rules together.”
