We have a strong Lounge offering and believe with the right focus and strategy, we could achieve more in this market. The rising demand for premium leisure travel combined with airports getting more congested means there is a lot of potential for growth. We’re enhancing our Lounge structures and systems to set up the Pearl brand for success.

Jo Harrison, who joined Menzies 25 years ago to establish ground handling operations at London Luton Airport, will take on the role of Senior Vice President Pearl Lounge Transformation. Jo has experience across both operational and Group roles, most recently as Senior Vice President of People Development and Experience.

Giovanna Perucatti, Vice President Lounges Europe will see her role expand to provide Global Lounge Bid Support for new projects as well as leading lounges in Europe. A senior business development manager, Giovanna joined NAS in 2019 and Menzies in 2021 before being appointed Lounges Business Development Manager in April 2023 and Vice President Lounges Europe in July 2024.

The web design and e-commerce teams, who support our lounge, FastTrack and meet and assist offerings will move from the MEAA region to Group to enable us to grow this offering globally.

Together, Jo, Giovanna and the wider lounge network are the team to progress our ambitions in this area!
