In December, we invited everyone to nominate their colleagues for the 2025 We Are Menzies Awards.
We had an incredible response with more than 6,000 nominations globally, an increase of around 75% from last year's nominations.
Our regional judges have had the difficult task of reviewing all of the nominations and selecting a regional shortlist for their region. We are pleased to announce the regional finalists for each of our values awards.

Global winners
The finalists for each values category will now go forward to our Executive Team, who will decide on a global winner for each category, alongside an overall Employee of the Year. These winners will be announced in the week of 28 April.
