We recently partnered with UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency, to host a recruitment event in Guadalajara, Mexico – opening doors for refugees eager to soar in the aviation industry. This initiative forms part of our ongoing commitment to fostering meaningful, inclusive employment opportunities. ✈️

We were delighted to welcome more than 50 job seekers, who gained insights and advice to pursue and secure employment in the aviation sector. It was a big success, with more than 20 jobs secured on the spot and 15 more confirmed after the event. 👏

As a global employer, we believe in using our reach to make a positive impact, and we’re proud that through our partnership with UNHCR and other NGO organisations, we’re working together to create an inclusive and supportive environment for all people seeking to rebuild their lives.
