Today we have launched Let’s Check In 2025 – our online global colleague survey.

This is your opportunity to have your voice heard and help influence future decisions and actions across a number of areas including people, safety & security and sustainability.

Your feedback is vital. It helps us plan for the future as we build upon the things we are doing well and, importantly, address any areas for improvement.

Completing the survey is easy and only takes five minutes. Here are the ways you can access Let’s Check In 2025:

Email link: if you have a Menzies email address, you’ll find the links to the survey in the email you’ve been sent today.

QR code: similar to a barcode, you’ll find a QR code on posters which should be available in your break rooms and office spaces – simply point your smart phone camera at the QR code and click on the pop-up notification to start the survey.

UKG Pro app: all the links will also be shared on the UKG Pro app news feed.

Please remember that your responses are completely anonymous.

The survey will take five minutes, is open for three weeks and available in 17 languages. We will share the high-level results with you in April.
