Systems integrations for smoother operations

Integrations create automated connections between the systems we use at Menzies and those used by other organisations, such as airlines, airport partners and government departments.
They remove the need for manual hand-offs, resulting in faster operations and better data accuracy – giving your team improved data insights to perform their role more efficiently. ⚡
As the result of a recent integration project in Amsterdam, live data is exchanged in near real time between Menzies and the airport. This means employees no longer have to manually update our systems with flight details – speeding up the process and ensuring more accurate data.
Integrations are also in place across Spain, and with airlines including Air France, KLM, Air Serbia and Viva Aerobus, as well as with government tax authorities in Uganda and Kenya. 🌍
What’s next?
More airports, airlines, and tax authority systems will be connected in 2025/2026, along with new links to internal tools like HR and learning systems.
