“As a busy Northern Hemisphere summer season draws to a close, I want to take a moment to personally thank each and every one of you for your outstanding hard work, dedication, and commitment over these past few months.
This summer has been one of the busiest we have ever experienced, and it is because of your incredible efforts that we are able to rise to the challenge and deliver exceptional services every day and in every location we operate.
Thanks to your tireless work, we successfully handled 1.3 flights and assisted 217m passengers during the summer months – a remarkable achievement that underscores the critical role you all play in ensuring the smooth operation of so many passengers’ journeys. Airlines and airports across the globe have reported record-high volumes, and it is your dedication and professionalism that allows us to meet and exceed their expectations.
Our people set us apart. You are at the heart of everything we do, and every individual plays a key role. Whether you are on the front line or behind the scenes, together you ensure every flight is handled with care, efficiency, and precision. The teamwork and resilience you have shown during this busy period have not gone unnoticed. Your efforts have a direct impact on the satisfaction and safety of countless passengers, and it is my honour, on behalf of the board and senior management team, to thank you for your contribution.
I am and continue to be incredibly proud of what we have accomplished together this summer, and I know our airport partners and airline customers feel the same way. You have set the standard for excellence, and your dedication reflects the very best of what our company stands for.
As we look forward to the coming months, I want you all to know how much we appreciate what you do. The success we have achieved is testament to your hard work, and I am confident that together we will continue to reach new heights.
Thank you once again for your extraordinary contributions.”
