Qantas Airways deepens Menzies partnership with new contract at Brisbane
Australian flag carrier Qantas Airways has chosen Menzies to provide ramp services for international flights at Brisbane International Airport (BNE), Australia. This builds on a partnership with Qantas at BNE which dates back to 2021.
Under the new three-year contract, teams at BNE will handle 60 turns each week. This contract win strengthens our relationship with Qantas, which stretches across multiple locations in Australia and New Zealand, and expands our footprint in the OSEA region.
Rimbun Air extends services at Soekarno–Hatta International Airport
Teams at Soekarno–Hatta International Airport (CGK) have begun delivering domestic cargo handling services for Indonesian airline, Rimbun Air.
Menzies was already providing freighter ramp and international cargo handling services at the airport, where we’ve worked with Rimbun since 2022. The new three-year agreement will see teams handle around 360 turns a year.
Cargolux expands contract in Kenya
Luxembourgish flag carrier, Cargolux Airlines International S.A. has renewed an existing contract with Menzies at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (NBO) in Kenya.
Overseeing four turns every week, teams at NBO will now deliver aviation security services for Cargolux. This underscores the strength of our 20-year partnership with the cargo carrier at NBO.
Menzies and Air Tanzania join forces
Under a brand-new two-year agreement, teams at OR Tambo international Airport (JNB) in South Africa are set to begin delivering passenger, ramp, cleaning and cargo services for Tanzania flag carrier, Air Tanzania.
Overseeing five turns each week, this contract marks the first time that Menzies and Air Tanzania have joined forces at JNB.
Air Arabia reappoints Menzies at Entebbe Airport
Emirati low-cost airline, Air Arabia, has renewed its passenger, ramp and cargo contract with Menzies at Entebbe Airport (EBB), the only international airport in Uganda, East Africa. Under the renewed agreement, teams will handle 365 turns each year.
Teams at EBB have worked with Air Arabia since 2021. The renewal is a reflection on the excellent service and strength of relationship nurtured over the past three years.
