Having invested in new, electric equipment – from belt loaders to passenger stairs – we’re able to use renewable energy sources to perform fully electric turnarounds at BEG, reducing carbon emissions. 💚

🔌A growing proportion of our Ground Support Equipment (GSE) is powered by renewable energy instead of diesel. Having set ambitious science-based targets to reach Net Zero by 2045, this ‘electric first’ approach is crucial.

This collaborative effort between Menzies, BEG and KLM Cityhopper reflects a collective commitment to make our operations more sustainable.
