We’re excited to confirm that we’re launching a new front-of-house uniform in 2024.

In the 2023 employee feedback survey, you told us we could do better on uniforms. We listened to your feedback and worked with front-of-house colleagues from each region to develop and test the new designs.

While we can’t reveal the final design just yet, we can tell you a bit more about what you can expect:

• A uniform that’s designed with function and fit in mind, so you not only look great in the new uniform, you feel great as well
• We want everyone to feel comfortable to be themselves at work so you can choose the uniform options that work for you
• Recycled fabrics that are not only better for the environment, but also last longer and are harder wearing

We’re doing some final testing and trials in the next couple of months, before we start the rollout process from Q3. To avoid wastage, we will be running down existing uniform stock and will be in touch with more details.

We’re also working on a new back of house design which will be launched in 2025. Stay tuned for more updates in the coming months!
