Menzies expands presence at BGW with double AJet contract win  

Under two new agreements, Menzies has been appointed to provide a suite of services to low-cost Turkish airline, AJet, at Baghdad International Airport (BGW) in Iraq.

The first contract will see teams at the airport deliver passenger services over the coming 24 months, handling over 300 turns every year. Under the second agreement, Menzies will provide Narrow-Body Ramp (NBR) services at BGW for three years, handling an additional 300 turns per year.

Menzies wins new contract at KWI

Another success story for AJet as Menzies teams at Kuwait International Airport (KWI) get ready to provide to ramp and passenger services under a three-year agreement. Menzies has been contracted to handle one flight per day at the largest airport in Kuwait.

The three new contracts with AJet mark the start of an exciting new partnership with the airline and increase Menzies’ footprint across the Middle East.

FedEx renews cargo contract at CGK

Major American cargo airline, FedEx Express, has reappointed Menzies to deliver cargo warehouse services at Soekarno–Hatta International Airport (CGK), which is located in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Menzies has worked with FedEx at CGK since 2018. This renewed contract will see teams handle five turns each week until the end of 2026.
