Most recently, our brilliant team at Budapest Airport (BUD) received a total of three awards from not one but two of our partners.

Earlier this month, they scooped ‘Greenairport Partner of the Year’ at the Annual Awards Dinner hosted by Budapest Airport. This accolade comes following our investment in new electric ground support equipment, which has enabled us, together with Wizz Air, to perform fully electric turns at the airport. 💚

The team was also recognised for introducing a new de-icing fluid manufactured by chemical company Proviron. A mix of plant and animal based components, this fluid is more sustainable than the previous product used at the airport.

🥇 Meanwhile, Sichuan Airlines has awarded the team both its ‘Outstanding Contribution Award’ and ‘Outstanding Ground Handling Agent Award’. This bears testament to the hard work and dedication of our ground handling and cargo teams at BUD.
