Jazeera Airways extends services to seven airports in five countries
Our team at Kuwait International Airport (KWI) has successfully extended our agreement with Jazeera Airways to deliver ground and air cargo handling services at the airport, managing more than 1,400 flights a month. In addition, we will oversee the airline’s dedicated T5 Pearl lounge in the exclusive Jazeera Terminal 5.

This latest announcement follows the introduction of passenger, ramp and air cargo services at Islamabad International Airport (ISB) in Pakistan, and new contracts with the carrier at Tivat International Airport (TIV), Montenegro and Belgrade Nikola Telsa Airport (BEG), Serbia.

New ground handling license in Kenya
Our Menzies Aviation – Siginon Aviation colleagues have extended services at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (NBO) to include passenger handling.

The recently renewed seven-year ground handling license now includes a full suite of ground services including ramp, passenger and baggage services, and VIP charter flights handling until the end of 2030.

This marks a service expansion for the team in Kenya, where we had previously managed cargo and ground handling for freighter flights

New services for JetBlue at Amsterdam
JetBlue has signed a three-year agreement for our team at Schiphol Amsterdam Airport (AMS) to deliver passenger and ramp handling.

A major win for Menzies Aviation (Ground Handling) B.V, local teams will manage daily flights from AMS to John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK), with an additional flight from AMS to Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) beginning later this month.

The first flight out of AMS was deemed a huge success, with positive feedback shared by JetBlue’s senior management, who were onboard to mark the occasion.

Thai Airways commence three-year cargo contract
Our cargo team at London Heathrow (LHR) is set to handle an additional 16,000 tons of cargo annually, thanks to a new three-year contract with Thai Airways Cargo.

The contract with the national airline of Thailand is set to begin in October and will see teams deliver cargo handling and airside trucking, with a focus on fresh vegetables and fish – one of Thailand’s main exports to the UK.

Eva Air renews and extends contract
EVA Air, one of the two largest airlines in Taiwan, has renewed and extended its contract with Menzies for cargo handling at Brisbane Airport (BNE).

The five-year contract will see local teams managing more than 156 turns per year, building on a successful six-year relationship with the airline, which has delivered significant service benefits to the airline and its freight customers.

Double win in Jamaica with American Airlines
Our team in the Americas has successfully secured new business with American Airlines at Norman Manley International Airport (KIN) and Sangster International Airport (MBJ) in Jamaica, including passenger, ramp, cleaning and wheelchair services.

As the largest airline operating at both KIN and MBJ, this win means Menzies is now the largest ground handler in Jamacia, holding 75% of the market.
