World Mental Health day

11 October 2023

Tuesday 10 October was World Mental Health Day. People from all around the globe came together to advocate for mental health, promote understanding, and encourage conversations about mental well-being.

In light of the challenges we have faced over the past few years, it is crucial to prioritise mental health now more than ever. The pandemic has had a significant impact on our lives, causing increased stress, anxiety, and isolation. By supporting World Mental Health Day, we can collectively start working towards breaking the stigma surrounding mental health and fostering a supportive society and workplace.

This year we are dedicating MORSE week #2 (30 October - 3rd November) to wellbeing, where there will be opportunities to talk about our general wellbeing, including looking after our mental health.

More information on MORSE Week will be available soon and in the meantime please feel free to visit our Wellbeing Hub where we have lots of information on caring for your wellbeing and mental health.
