Speaking at the award presentation, Josh Smith of Ground Support Worldwide described ground support teams as “the unsung heroes behind the scenes, ensuring the smooth operations of airports, airlines and the overall aviation eco-system”. ✈️

John C. Vollbrecht and Jose Valenzuela Ramirez collected the award on behalf of the team. Speaking about the award win, Jose said: “TPA for us, stands for teamwork, persistence and ambition.
