MASIL secures two new customers

MASIL has welcomed two new airlines, Fly Arna and FlyNas, to their operations at Baghdad International Airport (BGW). We will be providing ramp handling and cabin cleaning services for both.

Fly Arna will be operating twice weekly flights on an A320 to Yerevan the capital of Armenia, marking the first direct route between Armenia and Iraq. FlyNas will be operating it’s A320 fleets for the Hajj pilgrimage season between Baghdad and Jeddah in Saudi Arabia, with plans to increase frequencies beyond the pilgrimage seasons. FlyNas resumed its operations after a long suspension of flights to Baghdad.

Captain praises Tivat team

Our team at Tivat Airport (TIV) in Montenegro has welcomed Braathens International Airways as a new customer. We are providing a range of ground services including ramp, passenger, excess baggage and irregularities handling for the carrier’s seasonal charter flights from Oslo.

Following the first flight last week, the team received some very positive feedback from the airline: “I just wanted to pass on some positive feedback from the captain on the flight, he had a great experience regarding your handling, everything was well prepared, smooth handling and 110% professionality!”

Arigatō Japan Airlines

After five years of working together at London Heathrow, we have renewed our contract with Japan Airlines to provide check-in services. We offered bespoke solutions during the pandemic so we didn’t lose the cultural aspect of the skill set required as our team receive excellent cultural awareness training from the carrier.

Menzies RAS welcomes Ethiopian Airlines

The Menzies-RAS Team was proud to welcome the inaugural flight of Ethiopian Airlines alongside Pakistan Government officials as dignitaries and officials from Ethiopia were on board the flight to Jinnah International Airport (KHI) in Karachi. Our team will be providing passenger, ramp and cargo services to the airline, which last flew to Pakistan 19 years ago.
