The Larnaca team in Cyprus provides the highest level of customer service & passenger experience throughout the airport to over 7,000 passengers with reduced mobility (PRMs) during their peak months.

Last week they started to provide PRM support for the RAF flights from Sudan via Larnaca and then onto London Stansted. Our thoughts are very much with the evacuees’ families, friends and loved ones during this difficult time.

On the ground everyone involved, including but not limited to - RAF, UK Gov & Rapid Response Support Teams, Swissport, Cyprus Police & Border Force, National Guard and the Red Cross pulled together as one and demonstrated how versatile and united we can all be.
