Pride Month 2023

Pride is a celebration of people coming together in love and friendship, to show how far LGBTQ+ rights have come, and how in some places there's still work to be done. It is about acceptance, equality, celebrating the work of LGBTQ+ people, education in LGBTQ+ history and raising awareness of issues affecting the LGBTQ+ community.
Pride Month began after the Stonewall Riots, protests that took place in 1969 in the USA, that changed gay rights for a lot of people in America and around the world.
We are committed to having a diverse workforce and creating a workplace that promotes mutual trust and respect. We want Menzies to be an organisation where everyone is welcome, included and accepted.

London Heathrow
"We celebrated Pride Month 2023, by asking the team to exchange their Menzies polo tops for the colours of the Pride flag to celebrate love, equality, respect, freedom, tolerance and pride. "We shared Menzies Pride pins in all our departments to get conversations started - it's good to talk about inclusion as we work in such a diverse environment.
