Malaysia added to our network
We have agreed a joint venture with new low-cost carrier MYAirline to establish a ground services company in Malaysia. As part of the partnership, we will provide ground services at Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KUL), initially serving MYAirline at Terminal 2. The entry into Malaysia complements our existing operations in three other Southeast Asian countries including Indonesia, China-Macau and Thailand.

Montreal onboards first customers
Following the award of a ground handling license at Montreal Trudeau International Airport (YUL) earlier this year, we have secured several airline customers with more in the pipeline. The team launched operations in May and have started providing passenger and ramp services for Copa Airlines, Flair Airlines, Lynx Air, Qatar Airways, Royal Air Maroc, Tunisair and Turkish Airlines, totalling a combined 3,300-plus flights per year. Since our entry into Canada in 2005, we have grown our presence to 14 airports, delivering fuel, cargo and ground services.
Fuels extends i6 partnership in UK
We are deploying i6 digital fuel management technology to four additional UK airports; London Stansted, Leeds Bradford, Birmingham and Teesside International. We have worked with i6 for five years in the US and Europe and the UK expansion will further enhance the digitalisation of our operations.

Viva Aerobus renewed across Mexico
Viva Aerobus, one of our key customers in Mexico, has been secured for a further three years at 20 airports across Mexico. More than 1,200 Menzies colleagues will continue to provide above and below the wing services for Viva’s 78,000-plus flights per year.
Cargolux returns to Menzies South Africa
We have welcomed Cargolux back to our portfolio of customers at O R Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg. The team will provide freighter ramp handling as they look forward to building a long-lasting relationship.
Brisbane renews Korean Air
Our Brisbane team will continue to provide passenger and ramp services to Korean Air following a three-year renewal of their contract. We have worked with the airline at Brisbane since 2011 and also partner with them at Sydney and Auckland airports.
