Published today, our 2022 Annual Review & Sustainability Report is an overview of our business performance, our strategy in action and a detailed sustainability report that includes new net-zero targets. It is also a celebration of our team of 40,000 people who are crucial to our success.

The report looks back at our strong commercial performance and ahead to our new net zero targets. We added three new countries in 2022, a further three so far in 2023, numerous new airports, and countless new clients around the world. All of our regions and divisions experienced growth, with AMI and air cargo achieving record highs. Fantastic results in what was a challenging year.

Our All In plan puts sustainability at the heart of our business. The plan sets out our priorities, goals and initiatives across environment, people, safety, ethics, governance, and community engagement, to achieve a sustainable future.

Since the launch of our first All In plan in 2021, expectations have evolved. We have refreshed our targets and taken an absolute reduction approach for scope 1, 2, and 3 CO₂e emissions across the company, to reach net-zero by 2045. Our new net-zero targets build on our previous commitments and will be submitted to the Science Based Targets Initiative (SBTi) in due course.
