Oman Air renews long-standing contract
Building on a partnership that began in 2010, Oman Air has reappointed Menzies to provide passenger, ramp and cargo services at New Islamabad International Airport (ISB), Jinnah International Airport (KHI) and Allama Iqbal International Airport (LHE). The renewed five-year contract will see teams manage 17 turns every week across the three airports.

Oman Air, the national flag carrier and legacy airline of the Sultanate of Oman, transports over 2,500 tons of cargo each year from Pakistan, making it one of Menzies-RAS’s biggest customers.

South African Airways return to Menzies
South African Airways has appointed Menzies to provide passenger, ramp and cargo services at Cote D'Ivoire Abidjan Félix Houphouët-Boigny International Airport (ABJ). This builds on our work with the airline between 2015 and 2020.

The three-year contract will see local teams manage over 200 turns in the first year.

Emirates renewal at LUN
Emirates has reappointed our team in Zambia to provide lounge services at Kenneth Kaunda International Airport (LUN).

Under the four-year agreement, staff will serve an estimated 12,000 customers each year at the 24/7 lounge. This builds on an existing two-year contract at LUN, as well as our work with Emirates at five other airports across MEAA.

New contract secured with SalamAir
Menzies-RAS has signed a new, three-year contract with SalamAir Freighter, to manage ramp and cargo handling services at Jinnah International Airport (KHI) and Allama Iqbal International Airport (LHE).

The contract extends our existing partnership with the low-cost airline at airports in Pakistan, with local teams expected to handle an additional three additional turns per week at KHI and LHE.

A first for Silkway West Airlines
