The John Maxwell Menzies (JMM) Community Fund was created to encourage employees to participate in charitable, voluntary and community related activities, either individually or as part of a team. The fund has contributed many thousands of pounds to our employees over the years, whether that’s running a race for charity, fundraising for a local children’s sports team, or simply being passionate about a particular cause. We hope you will get involved.

New options for applications

• We’re pleased to now include applications for team sponsorship in addition to individual and team applications for donations. You can read more in the JMM fund rules on the intranet.
• The application form is now available in 10 languages – Arabic, Chinese, English, French, Hungarian, Italian, Portuguese, Romanian, Spanish and Urdu. To select your preferred language, choose from the drop down list on the top right of the form.

How to apply

• You can apply individually or as a team by scanning the QR code or using this form.
• Once we receive your application, we’ll get in touch if we have any questions or need more information.
• There may be some organisations that we can’t support due to the fund rules or conflicts of interests. You can find the fund rules on the intranet or contact your line manager for a copy. You can also get in touch with: charities@menziesaviation.com for help.
