To celebrate Mandela Day, the team in South Africa worked in collaboration with three local children's charities, St Francis Care Centre, Kids Haven, and East Rand Children’s Haven, to organise a fun day party for all the children under their care.

The kids enjoyed jumping castles, playing soccer, getting their faces painted, being pampered with face masks, and getting their nails painted!

Gift bags were provided full of goodies for each child, including party packs of, candy floss, popcorn, hot dogs, boerewors rolls and cold drinks for them to enjoy. We were also able to donate groceries to each home and some special items from the children's wish lists.

A team of paramedics joined us too and showed the children around an ambulance and how it helps to save people's lives. Interacting with the kids and talking to them was fantastic. Seeing all the smiles on their faces, demonstrated it was a huge success, we could not have wished for better.
