Menzies' new lounge management system was recently deployed in Denmark and Sweden lounges and to date, the lounge system has been used to check in more than 100,000 passengers.

The lounge management system automates an otherwise manual procedure of capturing lounge guests' boarding pass data, checking their eligibility and entitlement, and generating automated/manual reports.

Along with automated data capture, the system benefits include increased team efficiency, improved customer experience, prevention of revenue leakage, reduced disputes with airlines, monitoring and business intelligence, automated reporting, real-time dashboard, and direct integration with Power BI.
