Los Angeles takes top spot in LATAM Airlines awards

On 1 September, the Menzies Los Angeles (LAX) team received three awards from LATAM Airlines, beating out stations across the globe for on time performance, high value customer satisfaction and overall customer net promoter score.

The team, led by passenger service manager Gissela Verlade celebrated with members from the local and regional leadership teams at LATAM Airlines. This is the first award the LAX team has received for on time performance and the second award in a row for customer satisfaction across the board.
