Members of the IT team recently met in Abidjan to work with the local team to finalise the plan which will see Abidjan station become the first NAS station to be fully integrated into Menzies systems. This will include RSMS, MARS, MORSE, SMART and Office 365.

Rami Al-Haddad, SVP MEAA IT, pictured above, shared more, “The visit included a full tour of our operational facilities at the airport, as well as a visit to Abidjan headquarters. During the tour, we surveyed the current IT infrastructure, network and systems throughout our sites, and had the chance to meet and chat with colleagues from various departments. Our objectives were to finalize the integration schedule, identify potential gaps, risks and challenges, and identify actions required to ensure a smooth & successful integration.

“The local team were very hospitable and have certainly collaborated with us to achieve our objectives. Away from business, we also had the chance to sample some of the finest produce and visit the palm-backed resort town of Grand-Bassam stretching along the Atlantic coastline.”
