Congratulations to the MEAA team who have been shortlisted in two categories of the 2022 Future Workplace Awards.

Launched in 2012, the Future Workplace Awards are the regional benchmark for outstanding achievements of individuals, teams, departments and organisations that have innovatively contributed to the growth and development of the Middle East HR industry.

The team have been shortlisted in the following categories:

• Best Innovative HR Initiative for the development of their digital strategy and introduction of the NASsie HR Chatbot tool
• Best HR Analytics Strategy following the successful introduction of Power BI to provide real time data and analytics to support decision making

The winners will be announced in Dubai on 15 November – good luck to everyone involved.
