World Meditation Day

It's #WorldMeditationDay on 21st May and we are celebrating by encouraging everyone to take five minutes out of their day and try meditation.

Meditation can help to clear the mind, reduce stress, increase attention and improve overall wellbeing. So, whether it is at your desk, in the car while you are parked up, or before bed – let's take five minutes to try it today!
