Working with our partners at SAP SuccessFactors, the HRIS team (Human Resources Information Systems) has spent the last few months upgrading and improving the user experience of the Empower homepage.

With a refreshed look and feel, the new homepage is more accessible and interactive and while some items will move, new features will also be available.

You can expect quick action ‘cards’ for tasks that you use frequently, e.g. accessing your learning. Custom cards are also coming to make Menzies applications and products more accessible. Look out for easier access to the Menzies Careers site and the Employee Assistance Program, to name a few.

The new homepage will initially be tailored for a  global Menzies audience however, we’re aiming to provide more personalisation for the HR systems and products available to each region and country in the  Menzies network.

The new homepage will be available from 1 August 2022, so look out for this exciting new change.
