It’s International Data Protection Day and a great time to revisit your responsibilities.

Why is data protection important?
Any information that Menzies stores needs to be properly protected. We store personal information (data) such as employee records and customer details, including financial information.

That data must be protected in line with international laws. Breaches of the data protection laws can lead to large fines or prison sentences for those found responsible. At Menzies we adopt the European General Data Protection Regulation (2016) as the benchmark for our data protection policies and procedures. Find out much more here.
