Keeping it clean at London Heathrow

The 370+ members of the Cabin Services team at London Heathrow handled 24,036 flights in 2021 for 53 airlines.
With tight turnaround times – think 40 minutes to do a secure clean and dress the cabin for a 505 seat A380 aircraft – the team had only one seven-minute delay in all of 2021!
Our teams have to be flexible, highly organised and have great attention to detail, as well as being able to work well together to be able to deliver the required standards for each and every customer we handle (yes, all 53 of them).
Every day the cleaning team face tight timelines to ensure our customers on-time performance is not impacted by late cleaning and they thrive on the challenge of working under pressure.
