The cargo team in Miami has been extra busy in the last few weeks, supporting Avianca Cargo in the lead-up to Valentine’s Day. Miami is the main gateway for flowers into the USA, with flowers coming in from Quito in Ecuador and Bogotá and Medellín in Colombia to be distributed throughout the USA.

In the three weeks between 18 January and 7 February, they moved almost 40% more flowers than in a regular month and 16% more flowers than the same time in 2021, maintaining a high level of performance.

The team has been working 24/7 to ensure the flowers are delivered in the best possible condition for our customers so they can deliver the best service to their customers.
