Cyprus achieves ISO 45001 certification

4 February 2022

Congratulations to the Cyprus team for their recent certification against the international standard ISO 45001: 2018 (Occupational health and safety management systems).

Cyprus is the first station in Europe to achieve this accreditation, which involves an independent certification of their management system against the standard. The team had to prove they have implemented an efficient and effective occupational health and safety management system into their processes, with the aim of providing a healthy and safe environment for colleagues and partners.

Through the processes implemented, the MORSE Code and the unique web-based platforms used, the team was also able to demonstrate their approach towards safety culture and zero significant aircraft and other major incidents and accidents.
