Today we’ve launched Let’s Check In 2023 – our online global colleague survey!

This is your opportunity to have your voice heard and help influence future decisions and actions across a number of areas including People, Passion, Pride, Safety & Security and Customer Service.

Completing the survey will take five minutes and your responses are completely anonymous. Here’s how you can access Let’s check in 2023:

WeAreMenzies.com: go to the ‘Leaders Updates’ section, log in using the global password and click on ‘Let’s Check In 2023’ to access the survey.

Email link: If you have a company email address, you’ll have received an email from Internal Communications – simply click on the link and you’ll be taken directly to the survey.

QR code: similar to a barcode, you’ll find the QR codes on posters which should be available in your break rooms and office spaces – simply point your smart phone camera at the QR code and click on the pop-up notification.

Your feedback matters! It’s helps up plan for the future as we build upon the things we are doing well and, importantly, address any areas for improvement.

The survey is open for four weeks until Sunday 19 February and is available in 13 languages. We’ll share the high-level results with you in March.
