We were delighted to receive two awards at the Aviation Business Awards 2022, held on 8^th December in Dubai.

Our Chairman, Hassan El-Houry, was honoured as Aviation Executive of the Year after the achievements of National Aviation Services (NAS) and Menzies Aviation throughout the year.

Santhosh Ohja, an Operations Agent in Kuwait, received the Unsung Hero of the Year award after he helped save lives during a routine turnaround. He noticed a hole on the external surface of the wing and brought it to the attention of the aircraft mechanic who had just completed a review of the flight and moved away from the ramp. He also reported it to his supervisor who ensured that the engineering team was brought back to investigate the damage.
