The Menzies Bobba Cargo team at Bangalore scored 100% on the operational compliance report for the month of February, according to one of their long-standing customers.

The team handles ten cargo freighters each week for the customer and are measured on the standard electronic data interchange (EDI) messages required by the carrier for shipments and documentation.

The secret behind their top score? CEO Bangalore Anil Kapur explains; “We work with the customer on a regular basis to maintain our agreed performance levels, and we make sure the Menzies team is well briefed on the customer’s requirements. This helps us achieve such a high level of service.”
