Edinburgh wins three-year contract with Air Baltic

Menzies’ Edinburgh team are preparing to welcome a new carrier to the city: Air Baltic.
The three-year contract was secured by a great team effort at Menzies which included Monique van Tulder (VP Key Accounts Europe), members of the Commercial Contracts and Support team and General Manager Kenny Nicol.
“We’re pleased to be bringing new carriers to Edinburgh Airport, especially an important account like Air Baltic,” says Kenny. “Menzies will be offering full ground handling and aircraft presentation services to Air Baltic for the duration of the contract.”
Twice weekly flights between Edinburgh and Riga are expected to begin in early July with up to 150 passengers travelling between Scotland and Latvia on the Airbus A220, operated by Air Baltic.
