Today we are beginning the gradual roll-out of our new Menzies Aviation brand.

The message of People. Passion. Pride. Since 1833 tells the story of who we are: that people are at the heart of the company, the passion we have to provide great customer service and the pride we take when a job is done well.

We could not have got through 2020 without you, your passion and your pride, so it feels right that we have created a brand that reflects these three Menzies traits.

The brand defines the way we present Menzies Aviation not only to our customers and partners but also to our employees.

Over time, you’ll see it in our external and internal communications, in the colours, images and words that we use. They will convey that Menzies Aviation is a people business, driven by a passion for great service and pride in operating safely.

We will be doing this gradually and in a cost-effective way. You will slowly see less of the Excellence from Touchdown to Takeoff strapline on our communications over the coming months and years, as we replace equipment and upgrade facilities. There’ll be more information about this for station managers in Stay in Touch this week.

We’ll also be using People. Passion. Pride. in our communications with customers as part of our strategy to recover from the pandemic and grow our business this year and beyond.

Internally, you’ll continue to see our MORSE brand as well. We’ll use that to signal anything that’s about safety and security.
