Today, 11 November, marks Remembrance Day - a day when nations around the world remember members of the military who fought and died in war.

Our colleagues in the Americas know this date as Veterans’ Day and will be marking the day with local ceremonies and Veterans’ Day activities in many stations. Menzies employs 1045 veterans across the Americas region and this month’s edition of their newsletter, Touchdown, is a fitting tribute to the people who have served their country in times of conflict.

There are veterans throughout Menzies, and many of our people are in reserve or volunteer forces as well – be that in a military capacity or working with emergency services. We thank you for all that you do and consider it a privilege to work alongside you.
