The Gatwick Menzies team were recognised by the Kuwaiti government recently for their hard work and support on a series of repatriation flights.

Over three days, the team handled six Jazeera Airways flights and helped return more than 500 citizens to Kuwait. Embassy representative, Zaid AlHarb, passed on letters of thanks from His Excellency Ambassador Khaled AlDuwaisan to each of the Menzies managers who led the operation.

The letters – printed on official letterheads - express the Ambassador’s gratitude for Menzies’ support, saying; “We were most impressed by your skills and efficiency during this challenging period. The level of cooperation displayed was at all time exemplary.”

Well done and thank you to our managers Alda Pinto, Mohammed Ali, Yesdeo Seerunthun, Mick Turpie and Stephen Morris and to the entire team who contributed to this successful operation.
