When Linda Veenstra, Service Delivery Manager, and the Amsterdam team went back to work at Schiphol Airport they decided to film the contrast with scenes in the airport just a few short weeks before. Empty team rooms are now filled with (socially distanced) smiling colleagues. No people on the concourse changes to passengers moving quickly around the airport -  and they are all now wearing masks. Parked up GSE has been put to work to unload bags. And blank destination boards are now showing lists of departures.

The team’s message throughout the film is simple: it’s good to be back!
