MORSE Month wrapped up at the end of November and we can now announce our poster competition winners are:

• For Oceania: Cong Doan - Auckland
• For MECSA: Maqbool Ahammed – Bangalore

And the Group Risk Team gives a special award to Dinesh Kuppula in Bangalore for a design that really emphasises the importance of taking personal responsibility for safety.

Watch out for more about each of our winners in the new year, and don’t forget to congratulate them if you see them at work!

Finally, thank you to everyone who got involved in MORSE Month this year. With more than 27,000 views of our MORSE pages on WeAreMenzies, 126 poster entries and almost 400 of you getting involved on Teams for the first time it’s been a brilliant effort. And we’ve seen the impact on our safety reporting as well, with more hazards being spotted and recorded and fewer incidents.
