The team at Baltimore-Washington Airport showed their spirit earlier today when they helped passengers disembark from a Spirit Airways plane that had slid off the icy tarmac. Airport officials called on Menzies to provide an air-stair to allow fire crews to evacuate the aircraft and bring everyone to safety.

Susan Whelan, General Manager, was rightly proud of the team for lending a hand and pushing the plane back to the taxiway.
